Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
If the order has not been processed for shipment, a full refund will be issued.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
Cancellation by Shaarika
Shaarika reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Pricing or product information errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Unforeseen operational challenges
If an order is canceled by Shaarika after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancellations:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
- The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Modification of Orders
If you need to change your shipping address, contact number, or product details after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before dispatch; however, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
